Our Offerings

I. STRUCTURE -- Our foundation: just as a building must conform to the laws of physics, so must our own structures, our bodies; we begin facilitation with an accounting of the bodies that make up the corps of the organization. Standing meditation techniques provide immediate feedback about the way we've been structuring ourselves, and therefore the way we work. Beginning this way brings tremendous energy to the group and is an immediate departure from the commonplace.

II. ASSESSMENT (from Latin, assidere, 'sit by') -- Once proper structure is demonstrated, we assess as a group. This occurs in five steps:

1. Where do weakness and tension lie in the body?
2. How does the mind communicate with the body?
3. How do we bear pressure?
4. How do we deal with conflict?
5. What is our aptitude for change?

Every assessment of the physical body translates to a collection of facts about the company and the endeavor.

III. ORGANIZATION -- What is being accomplished? Here comes under consideration: what are the values and identities of the people that comprise the company? Are these values and identities supporting the goals of the company? We put into play several systems theories that provide an essential set of distinctions for all business practice, imagination and innovation.

IV. LANGUAGE -- Reorientation Now can be established a special type of physical-linguistic awareness: this is how intention and expertise get grounded in structure. How do we use language? Where is it powerful, where weak? How are we true to the members of the team, how do we follow up commitments, how do we bear responsibility? This is where we discover the traits of our character.

V. ACTION -- Emergence The previous four steps cohere into a strategic plan of action.
