"What are the next steps to initiating a facilitation with Principium?"

PRINCIPIUM LEADERSHIP QUESTIONNAIRE

We have developed this base of questions for leadership executives in order generate an idea of how to customize our product and, in some cases, engineer particular exercises. This form is confidential and the degree to which you are honest and accurate will inform the results you generate from work with our training experiment. Please open a separate Word document and respond to these groupings by number.

1) What is your position and core group of responsibilities?

2) In the day-to-day, what would you say is your most frequently recurring weakness, from a particular type of conflict to physical fatigue, distraction, etc.?

3) How would you describe your physicality? You love exercise? You feel strong? You feel predominantly weak? You don't exercise, but you feel fine? You generally feel terrible, etc.? How do you feel in your body? Is this important to your efficiency at work? Please provide a small list of sports or activities you're involved in.

4) What kind of music do you listen to? How important is music to your life? Is it a part of your work?

5) Do you have some kind of daily or frequent practice? What?

6) In a battle between a female lion and a magic horse, who do you think would win?

7) What is your sense of environment? Are you sensitive to light, lighting, furnishings, room divisions, textures? Are you clean or messy in your creative environment? Does it make a difference to your work?

8) What activities are you passionate about? Are these part of your work? Whether yes or no, please give a short description of how you practice your activity.

9) What do you read? Periodicals, the internet, and news mostly? Or literature, fiction or historical fiction? Non-fiction, history, science? Do you read because it's important and necessary for what you do? Explain. Or do you read to journey into another landscape?

10) Are you comfortable doing new things, pushing yourself? Explain.

11) Are you sensitive to violent movies? Are you overly sensitive to powerful images, such as a bird caught in an oilspill, or a starving human?

12) Do you have any injuries or disabilities that have created lasting pain?

13) Would you say that you adapt quickly to new environments and experiences or that you have a good routine and prefer to stick to what you know works best?
